Explore Your Creative Side

Join us in combining your thirst for creativity with our mission for conservation! Roosevelt Park Zoo’s Canvas, Corks & Conservation is an adult-only painting class that will inspire your love for the natural world through guided paint classes. We will provide your canvas, paints, and all other materials needed to create your masterpiece. All you need to provide is the wine! All money raised in 2018 will be donated to conservation efforts for the endangered black-footed ferret.

Conservation for 2018

This years funds raised through Canvas, Corks & Conservation will be invested in local conservation efforts for the endangered black-footed ferrets. Learn more about black-footed ferrets and how you make a difference at Prairie Wildlife Research.

Conservation for 2017

With your help we were able to raise $3,000+ to AZA SAFE (Saving Animals Through Extinction) through Canvas, Corks & Conservation in 2017. As an AZA-accredited facility, we have a unique responsibly and opportunity to help slow species declines and extinction.
